I didnt receive my reading?

I recommend looking into your junk mail as sometimes outlook puts them there and if you still haven’t received your email please use the contact us page and it will be resent.

 

Im unsure which oracle or tarot deck to choose?

If you have tried connecting in and are still stuck with which deck you would like a reading from you can always add in notes that you would like myself to choose for you and I would be honoured to deliver this for you.

 

Do you have a cancellation list?

I no longer hold cancellation lists as I personally didn’t  like holding expectations on people where I couldn’t  guarantee a good outcome with you receiving a session. What I suggest is the best method is to book in as soon as you can as most the time Im booked out a month or so in advance for the energy sessions. What I find wonderful is that my clients always report that it was the perfect time that they needed the healing and worked in their favour booking so far in advance.

 

Can I book a session for a family member or friend?

When working with someones energy I always require the permission of the person receiving the reading or healing and so with this being said its encouraged to order a gift voucher instead of a session right away as the questionnaire requires personal information that would be best filled by the person to receive the service.

 

Refunds

No refunds for change of mind.

 

Appointment cancellation 

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice to bronwyn.d@outlook.com is required to reschedule your session to a later date. No refunds will be given Birthday Readings due to the extensive nature that is put into your reading. All sessions are done via email.
